Our lead times/processing times may be up to 1 week before shipping standard items. 
Custom engraving adds 7-10 days to the processing time.
Please keep in mind, shipping delays may occur, especially during the holiday season.  It is best to order early!

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

Hardcore Hammers provides its customers with the best products possible. We will gladly accept returns within 60 days of the purchase date given the following conditions:

  1. Notify us in advance when you want to make a return or an exchange. E-mail support@hardcorehammers.com
     

  2. We will only accept back new, unused, unmarked merchandise with original stickers intact.
     

  3. A refund of the amount paid for the item(s) will be made upon receipt of the returned items. We regret that shipping charges are final and non-refundable.  Refunds may take 2-5 business days processing time.
     

  4. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ship items to be returned. All shipping charges are borne by the buyer.

​​WARRANTY

Lifetime warranty on steel heads against manufacturer's defects, such as cracks or breaks, not including misuse, abuse and normal wear and tear.  Please include photos showing the issue when you contact our support team at support@hardcorehammers.com

Tool will need to be returned to us for verification along with proof of purchase.  Approved warranty claims will be covered by repair or replacement of the purchased product.

30 day warranty on wood handles, with proof of purchase and photos of broken/damaged handle to rule out misuse, abuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear from use.
